You must be at least 18 years old to use Simply Matched, and the information in your profile — your age, your photos, who you are — must be genuine. Accounts that misrepresent identity or age are removed.
Simply Matched exists for people genuinely looking to meet. The following get accounts removed, without refund of anything because everything is free anyway:
You own what you post. By posting it you give us the limited permission needed to display it to other members as part of the service. Don't post content you don't have the right to share, and nothing explicit — profiles are reviewed and reports are acted on.
Simply Matched is provided as-is, free of charge. We work to keep it available and safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not a party to what members agree between themselves. Meeting people carries inherent risk — read our safety page and use the tools we provide.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms — protecting members comes ahead of retaining accounts, every time.
